We are a mobility group and approach the round in a relaxed, good-humored and coordinated manner. What is important is mutual respect while walking together along the river 'Wiese'. Previous experience is not necessary. Through the physical activity with like-minded people, a mutual exchange of experiences can be exploited.
Nordic Walking is a gentle sport that can provide an excellent total body workout.
Thus, strength, coordination and endurance are trained in equal measure in a way that is joint-friendly.
This natural locomotion is suitable throughout the year as a leisure and endurance sport.
We will be happy to provide you with rental poles on request and would be pleased if you use the poles also during your leisure time.
